Requirements
  • Proven Success in Building Employer Brands or corporate identities within the German market, specifically targeting high-demand technical or commercial demographics.
  • Hands-on Experience in Strategic Event Production, from conceptualizing unique "brand experiences" to managing end-to-end logistics and six-figure budgets.
  • A High-Level "Creative Director" Lens, with the ability to produce (and critique) world-class visual and written content that resonates with a sophisticated audience.
  • Deep Understanding of the German Talent Ecosystem, including niche communities, high-ranking universities, and digital platforms where top-tier talent actually lives.
Responsibilities
  • Own the 12-Month Employer Brand Roadmap, designing and executing a high-impact strategy that moves Almedia from a "hidden gem" to a "dream employer" for the top 1% of German graduates.
  • Launch "Anti-Standard" Recruitment Campaigns and bespoke field marketing initiatives that bypass generic career fairs to create genuine, high-value connections with elite university and professional circles.
  • Partner with Engineering and Business Leads to extract internal success stories, transforming our technical milestones and culture into compelling content that fuels our hiring funnel.
  • Direct a €150k+ Annual Brand Budget, strategically allocating resources across events, digital storytelling, and PR to maximize Almedia’s share of voice in the German talent market.
  • Define and Track Brand Sentiment Metrics, linking employer branding activities directly to high-quality application volume and long-term hiring ROI.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bonus: Experience in a high-growth AdTech, Fintech, or Gaming environment where "culture as a product" is a primary driver of growth.

Almedia provides an Engagement Engine that helps mobile game developers and app publishers acquire high-quality users through rewarded actions. The platform uses AI and machine learning to analyze data in real time, optimize ROAS, and charge advertisers only when users complete high-value objectives, with automated fraud prevention and first-party data from owned platforms like FreeCash. Unlike many adtech rivals, Almedia is bootstrapped and relies on transparent data exchange and long-term player value rather than capital-driven growth. Its goal is to deliver scalable, performance-based user acquisition for B2B clients across mobile gaming and fintech in major markets while maintaining privacy compliance.
