The Customer Experience (CX) Enablement team provides resources and assistance in an effort to enable the CX organization as well as our Mindbody customers to optimize their potential in their role at the company and/or leveraging the software.
The CX Training Associate will create and deliver internal trainings and certifications for the Customer Experience teams. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, you will contribute to the creation of engaging and impactful learning content, ensuring alignment with instructional goals, and delivery best practices. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a collaborative and dynamic learning environment.
