Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is required.
At least 10 years of position-relevant experience is required.
Advanced proficiency in logistics expediting and outside-the-continental-United-States maritime operations is required.
An active Public Trust clearance is required.
The position requires remaining in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
The position requires occasionally moving around the office to access file cabinets and office machinery or to communicate with coworkers, management, and customers through email, phone, and virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

Validate and manage the expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts for logistics platforms.
Evaluate subcontractor performance in meeting urgent deadlines and coordinate with Port Authorities to bypass logistical delays.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on expedited maritime actions and oversee audit readiness.
Manage and coordinate the rapid insertion of mission systems onto maritime platforms as technologies evolve.
Validate the accuracy of expedited shipping data and port service costs in the Task Order Management Portal.
Coordinate through Technical Status Meetings to identify and resolve gaps in the maritime distribution chain.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Desired Qualifications

A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
At least 12 years of position-relevant experience is preferred.
A professional certification such as a Project Management Professional certification or specialized logistics credential is preferred.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented senior Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Validates and manages the expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts for logistics platforms
Evaluates subcontractor performance in meeting urgent deadlines and coordinates with Port Authorities to bypass logistical delays

Master's degree in a related field
12+ years of position-relevant experience
Professional certification such as a PMP or specialized logistics credential

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must possess active Public Trust clearance
