Responsibilities

Document current-state workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and artificial intelligence enablement.
Support the creation of executive-ready deliverables, including slides, memos, and simple operating summaries.
Coordinate workstreams by tracking action items, timelines, risks, and next steps.
Gather and organize data from multiple sources to identify patterns and inform recommendations.
Participate in team discussions, ask thoughtful questions, and apply feedback to improve work.
Use modern productivity and artificial intelligence tools responsibly to improve efficiency and quality of output.

Role Overview
Eastwood & Cleef is seeking a Summer Intern to support AI enablement, strategy, and program execution across our healthcare portfolio. You’ll work alongside consultants and operators at the intersection of applied AI, value-based care (VBC) strategy, and operational transformation. This is a hands-on role designed to build real skills through real work: research, analysis, structured problem solving, and clear client-ready output.
Key Responsibilities
