  • 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive infotainment software development, including Over-the-Air (OTA) updates
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in related Engineering discipline desired
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, and familiar with a software development lifecycle
  • Communication skills to articulate Quality requirements and impact across hierarchy and functional levels (e.g., Director and Vice President Level)
  • Ability to identify tasks, develop methodologies and plans, and execute with minimal supervision; own assignments to ensure the project success
  • Technical understanding of current vehicle status to drive design for manufacturability and repairability
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
Responsibilities
  • Supporting Scout’s definition of Quality and process requirements as the Voice of the Customer
  • Evaluating project requests for impact to Quality Assurance and ensuring a flawless launch at Scout
  • Driving project activities to ensure best performance for Quality KPI’s, such as warranty, customer satisfaction scores, and internal audits
  • Supporting development of engineering solutions, while protecting full volume manufacturability
  • Keeping an ongoing list of the project’s (and related processes) strengths and weaknesses for future improvement
