- The co-op program is available to students entering their junior or senior year of college who are pursuing Software Development degrees.
- Build successful working relationships with members of a cross-functional team.
- Identify areas for professional development outside of the core Software Development curriculum.
- Develop a general understanding of the roles, processes, and procedures that support product development within a Software Development Group.
- With direction from the Product Owner and team, learn to prioritize competing tasks and project responsibilities to meet objectives on time.
- Develop understanding of specific areas of skill and disciplines of interest within Software Development.
- Learn to use an Agile Scrum framework to get work done in a collaborative team.
