About the job
- Higher education equivalent to Bac+2/3 in information technology.
- Experience implementing and monitoring industrial applications.
- Project management experience, particularly in a pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry environment.
- Familiarity with qualification and validation processes for rigorous management of systems and changes.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team supporting operations.
- Ability to synthesize information and explain user needs clearly.
- Administer and maintain the validated state of assigned systems as system owner.
- Improve industrial applications, identify continuous-improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements.
- Track the resolution of problems encountered.
- Ensure consistency between applications and applicable processes.
- Support users in defining needs and drafting requirements specifications and functional specifications during projects.
- Establish project schedules, monitor them, and raise alerts when obstacles arise.
- Participate in user training, communicate user needs, and propose training modules.
