Homeowners association for an Arizona retirement community
SaddleBrooke TWO is the nonprofit homeowners association for one of the two communities in SaddleBrooke, an active adult retirement development in Arizona's Santa Catalina foothills. It manages and maintains common areas, roads and clubhouses, enforces the community's covenants and architectural rules, and runs golf courses, restaurants, fitness centers, pools and the DesertView Performing Arts Center. Homeowners fund it through dues and assessments and elect its board, while a chief operating officer runs daily operations. Its golf courses also sell public tee times, and its MountainView Country Club hosts weddings, banquets and meetings. Developer Robson Communities controlled the association until homeowners took over in January 2018.
