- Assist in managing a growing and diversified business portfolio across multiple client organizations using program management, financial and audit, and analytics capabilities.
- Develop technical, solution-centric project management strategies to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Define and develop solutions that meet agreed requirements, assess performance results, recommend strategies to improve project success, analyze policies, processes, and procedures, conduct feasibility studies, and refine requirements to align development and delivery activities with organizational value streams.
- Prepare, conduct, and facilitate training for services, applications, and systems to educate clients and provide continual learning.
- Develop, manage, and drive organizational schedules, and improve project-status visibility through custom dashboards.
- Analyze, interpret, utilize, and support adoption of methodologies and technical applications to improve employee and business performance.
- Identify and resolve process and knowledge gaps by developing and implementing standardized, reusable, and repeatable processes and work products focused on continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple data sources to develop organized, solutions-focused best practices and cultivate cross-functional relationships.
- Support creation and implementation of new applications through development activities, testing, requirements gathering and refinement, and coordination among product owners, end users, and development teams.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables using planning, tracking, change-control, and risk-management techniques.
- Manage project resources, including subcontractors, and establish and maintain an effective communication plan with project teams and clients.
- Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project-status updates to clients.
- Support corporate decision-making with value-added reports and analysis, including monthly and quarterly revenue and expense forecasting.
- Provide financial analysis and modeling to highlight actionable insights for business leaders and customers.
- Drive process improvements within financial planning and reporting.
- Support executive and program management with timely reporting using advanced data-mining techniques.
- Assist internal business units with project-based analytical work and pricing analysis, including contract proposals.
- Enable business intelligence to provide forward-looking insight and decision support.
- Assist with invoicing and revenue recognition.
