About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience and expertise in business process management, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to quickly understand complex operations and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent methodologies.
- Knowledge of English is necessary due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners mainly located outside Quebec and to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
- Lead business process discovery, documentation, mapping, and analysis activities across CSL.
- Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process maps, documentation, operating procedures, and supporting materials.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, optimize, and enhance business processes.
- Assess and recommend digital technology, automation, and artificial intelligence opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to design future-state processes aligned with strategic and operational needs.
- Certification in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement, or equivalent experience.
