Requirements
  • Completed vocational training, ideally in the pharmaceutical field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of shift planning and production processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong IT affinity, communication skills, and an independent, careful working style.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good spoken and written German.
Responsibilities
  • Plan production for manual visual inspection and visual inspection machines.
  • Create annual shift schedules and determine staffing requirements for budget planning.
  • Plan employee deployment for production processes, maintenance, and training (such as safety briefings), coordinating with shift supervisors and considering shift and vacation schedules.
  • Organize training and onboarding measures and conduct detailed workforce deployment planning.
  • Coordinate shift scheduling with the works council and create staffing plans that account for employee vacations.
  • Optimize line allocation to ensure maximum output and contribute to process optimization.
  • Maintain training documentation in Veeva and update the training matrix.
  • Provide cover within the Planner team and participate in Tier 2 meetings.
