  • Guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Assist with navigating the journey into care, including matching with the right therapist and ensuring patients feel understood at every step.
  • Support patients and families to feel seen, supported, and cared for.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support, though not required.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Google Workspace, electronic health record platforms such as Healthie, or customer relationship management platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple patients at different stages of the process.
  • Interest in mental health and healthcare access.
