About the job

Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a delivery-focused role in a technology or AI environment.
  • Working understanding of APIs and data schemas, with the ability to engage credibly with technical counterparts and assess downstream implications for the build.
  • Ability to understand and represent data models to enable mock data creation.
  • Deep knowledge of agile delivery practices, with a strong track record of running sprint ceremonies and managing backlogs end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to serve as the primary customer liaison on complex projects, building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining clear communication throughout delivery.
  • Extensive experience facilitating requirements and scoping workshops with multiple stakeholders, including drafting templates, mappings, and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate user acceptance testing, including scenario validation, session scheduling, feedback triage, and production-readiness planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and a feasible AI solution approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including crafting status updates and presenting demos to customer stakeholders.
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, high-accountability environments where delivery outcomes are directly tied to customer return on investment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, owning specifications, design, and delivery outcomes across the full lifecycle.
  • Map end-to-end customer journeys, define and scope use cases, manage scope changes, and drive customer alignment throughout delivery.
  • Own as-is process documentation during initial discovery and lead scoping workshops, translating customer needs into a well-defined AI solution design.
  • Surface major scope deviations and material budget impacts as an early warning for delivery risks.
  • Analyze data, processes, and workflows in detail to support decision-making and risk management.
  • Partner with Engineering on project design, non-functional requirements, API discovery, feasibility, and AI product readiness.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and sprint activities, including writing and validating user stories, tracking scope, and removing blockers.
  • Plan and facilitate low-fidelity demos at each milestone and manage customer expectations to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing end-to-end: facilitate kickoff, schedule review sessions, triage feedback, and own the Go/No Go decision with the customer.
  • Work across a portfolio of complex and often ambiguous use cases in varying industries, contributing to emerging AI projects.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing lead during the build and run weekly status cadences.
  • Partner with Engagement Leads to translate customer requirements into a use-case execution plan and roadmap.
  • Provide Engagement Leads with use-case context and completion status.
  • Join customer meetings to validate requirements and address concerns constructively, ensuring transparency.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enjoy fast results, continuous improvement, and being part of a quickly scaling organization.
  • Confidence in customer-facing situations, including challenging conversations, and ability to reset direction gracefully.

About the company

Future Secure AI builds persona-based, multi-agent AI Co-Workers designed for large enterprises and private equity firms. Their core offering, Red-Zone AI Co-Workers, consists of over 100 agent personas that automate complex, high-stakes workflows. The agents integrate with a client’s core systems and governance frameworks and operate securely on the client’s network, remaining cloud- and LLM-agnostic to avoid vendor lock-in. Workflows run within a hybrid team, with AI Co-Workers reporting to human managers and maintaining human-in-the-loop oversight. The company differentiates itself by targeting mission-critical environments with on-premise deployment, strong governance, and integration into existing IT and security controls, rather than generic AI tools. Their stated goal is to deliver 10x to 20x ROI on operating costs, often paying for themselves within six months. Clients span infrastructure, services, finance, health, and connected economies.
