- Provide general administrative support to the operations manager and site leadership team.
- Help organize schedules, meetings, and site activities.
- Coordinate communications among departments and support daily site operations.
- Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and processes.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental records, registers, and documents.
- Track training records, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and distribute health and safety documents.
- Ensure records are accurate, current, and properly archived.
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Track invoices and maintain procurement documentation.
- Maintain purchasing records and support the finance team with administrative tasks.
- Organize, maintain, and archive physical and electronic records.
- Develop and improve filing systems for efficient access to documentation.
- Participate in document control and records-retention processes.
- Support initiatives that improve the site's administrative efficiency, organization, and compliance.
- Participate in special projects and perform related duties as needed.
