Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy; PharmD and/or managed care residency preferred.
  • Active U.S. pharmacist license in good standing
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in pharmacy, managed care or PBM industry; prior client-facing experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Working knowledge of PBM financials.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 10%.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive pharmacy benefit strategy that aligns to and supports the client’s strategic goals.
  • Lead the up-sell and implementation of clinical programs to clients through consultative methods and processes.
  • Effectively manage client escalations with the ability to de-escalate with minimal to no supervision.
  • Work across internal cross-functional partners to influence on behalf of client needs and demands.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding and interpretation of current industry trends and drug information.
  • Act in concert with assigned client management team members to service all needs of the client.
