Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in a food and beverage outlet, including cash handling.
  • Be exceptionally friendly and customer-focused, with a positive and accommodating demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and dress at all times.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare beverages as requested by customers or servers, following standard operating procedures for proper proportions and ingredient control to deliver a consistent product.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, and set up the bar and back bar following established procedures.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform pre- and post-shift duties, including stocking the service station and making coffee.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior barista experience is preferred.
