  • 3+ years product management experience

Responsibilities
  • Drive the creation of the CX backlog
  • Own the customer experience product roadmap
  • Develop wireframes and workflows for new products
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation exercises
  • Document CX best practices and processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for feedback
  • Analyze customer behavior patterns and metrics
