Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development projects from conceptualization through implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives, and conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed requirements.
- Document and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process flows; create and update documentation for system configurations and customizations.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, collaborating with developers and administrators to implement solutions.
- Analyze data to ensure integrity and accuracy within Salesforce, identify data migration needs, and collaborate with data migration specialists.
- Develop and execute test plans, and collaborate with quality assurance teams on system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Train end users on new features and functionalities, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics; understand stakeholder reporting needs and optimize data visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners and managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the Configure Price Quote system supports sales operations and business growth.
- Assess evolving needs, enhance internal and external user experience, and propose changes to processes, policies, and systems.
