- A relevant degree in administration, management, information technology, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience managing submissions or tender responses.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
- Leadership and coordination abilities.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
- Coordinate the overall tender submission process.
- Analyze calls for tenders and define response strategies.
- Plan timelines and allocate tasks.
- Ensure submissions comply with requirements.
- Supervise the writing of technical and administrative sections.
- Collaborate with technical and human resources teams.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of documents.
- Manage priorities and multiple simultaneous submissions.
- Experience with public tenders, including SEAO and MERX.
- Knowledge of information technology or engineering.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- English-language skills.
