Requirements
  • An engineering diploma at Bac+5 level or a Master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital services, including significant experience with artificial intelligence topics.
  • Confirmed experience delivering AI projects in a B2B or consulting environment.
  • Experience in business development and managing strategic client accounts is desired.
  • Strong experience managing and developing offers, with the ability to carry a vision in consulting firms or software or industrial solution resellers.
  • Recognized leadership and the ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to develop the AI skills of more generalist teams through training-cycle management and support for experienced senior staff.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Analytical mindset, results orientation, and customer focus.
Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the AI Practice development strategy in line with Advens' vision, including market positioning, priorities, and differentiation.
  • Build and structure the AI Practice value proposition and offer portfolio, including shadow AI security, AI model security, responsible AI governance, AI Act audits, and data governance and security, together with pricing strategy and delivery models.
  • Identify technological and regulatory trends and anticipate client needs.
  • Define growth objectives and performance KPIs and lead achievement of results.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
  • Participate actively in business development through opportunity qualification, tender responses, and commercial presentations.
  • Ensure sales enablement for the offer through the value proposition, sales arguments, and objection handling.
  • Co-create tailored solutions with clients to address their AI and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Develop and manage a network of technology partners.
  • Represent Advens at industry events, conferences, and publications to strengthen AI leadership.
  • Guarantee the technical excellence of deliverables and quality of AI services as the technical and methodological reference.
  • Maintain active technology monitoring in AI.
  • Support clients with regulatory compliance, including the AI Act and General Data Protection Regulation, and promote ethical and responsible AI practices.
  • Represent Advens as a reference player in AI cybersecurity at events, conferences, and industrial ecosystems.
  • Develop and manage strategic technology partnerships.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and major cybersecurity events.
  • Work closely with marketing to promote Advens' AI expertise.
