Ability to work with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
Proficiency in visual inspection to assess weld quality.
Ability to operate lift trucks and overhead cranes safely.
Ability to use precision measurement tools, including tape measures, to verify dimensions and alignments.
Ability to understand and follow shop procedures, safety standards, and personal protective equipment requirements.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including those established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the American Welding Society.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
