A minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience is required; experience with a medical devices company is preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete complex tasks for Clinical Sales – Surgeons, following processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Assist with developing Clinical Sales – Surgeons area implementation plans, activities, and next steps to close key opportunities.
Implement an objective-driven clinical sales training program, including strategy, process, and collateral.
Update the sales audit database by entering, verifying, and securing data.
Leverage strategic partnerships for customer acquisition and review customer demands and feedback.
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services, escalating unusual cases to a manager.
Track information resulting from clinical, procedural, and technical discussions for reference.
Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
