- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is required.
- Two to four years of relevant experience are required.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desired.

- Programming experience in R or Python is preferred.

- The employee must understand and use business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is expected; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio is also expected, along with the ability to learn other tools as needed.
- The employee must be willing to learn, share, and grow.
- Analyze environmental datasets to support decision-making and compliance tracking.
- Develop sustainability dashboards and metrics to evaluate progress.
- Use statistical methods to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Manage large datasets under tight reporting timelines while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support business development and other efforts on behalf of the company.
- The ideal candidate has advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
