  • One to three years of proven sales and marketing experience.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.

  • Regularly attend and be meaningfully involved in a Bible-believing evangelical local church, with knowledge of the Word of God and passion for Christian education.

Responsibilities
  • Share the vision of how a degree or program through Colorado Christian University can transform prospective students through a Christian worldview emphasizing personal values and ethics.
  • Apply marketing and sales techniques to help students and families connect with Christian higher education, build rapport, and guide prospective students during their university search.
  • Follow up with prospects, applicants, and admitted students by telephone, email, and other marketing techniques.
  • Build positive relationships with prospective students and their families, promote the university, and explain how a Christ-centered education fits students' long-term goals.
  • Connect high school students, college transfer students, and other potential students with the traditional undergraduate program.
  • Perform the full-function admission process by making independent admission decisions, reading applications, and conducting student interviews.
  • Work in a team environment to meet assigned admission goals and objectives, including managing information sessions, communication workflows, registration, preview weekends, and related Student Life duties.
  • Support an assigned territory by determining appropriate contacts, planning travel, holding student appointments, coordinating high school fairs, and arranging student, parent, and church meetings.
  • Build rapport and relationships while independently determining whom to contact and how work is scheduled.
  • Manage one or more Student Ambassadors to assist with enrollment and academic activities.
  • Deliver public presentations to parents and prospective students.
  • Meet with campus visitors, conduct campus tours as necessary, and participate in preview events.
  • Complete reports and paperwork, including Daily Funnel reports, semi-monthly status updates, evaluations, acceptance forms, GPA records, and credit card reconciliations accurately and promptly.
  • Solve student enrollment barriers by addressing transcript issues, analyzing best practices to improve the enrollment experience, differentiating the university through marketing techniques, and resolving student or parent issues related to meetings, travel, visitation, and admissions requirements.
  • Travel to high schools and college fairs across the country as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two or more years of sales or marketing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a significant asset in this role.
