Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant sales/closing experience in enterprise software or SaaS environment
  • A consistent track record of being a top 5% performer
  • A self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, design effective processes, and prioritize ruthlessly

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate HqO's value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and engage other internal resources as needed
  • Drive HqO's market expansion by leveraging a strategic sales process
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis on the health of the business through Salesforce
  • Educate customers about Workplace Experience and have a passion for what this can deliver
  • Achieve mutually agreed revenue and growth targets
  • Be a hunter and hustler in order to own the market and relationships
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling to or within commercial/corporate real estate is a plus
