About the job
- A completed degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technical field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in at least one of Product Management, Project Management, or Change Management.
- Familiarity with common methods and frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and traditional project management methods, as well as tools such as Asana, Jira, Miro, and Mural.
- Experience with reporting and roadmapping, plus a basic understanding of data and its analysis.
- Didactic experience conveying technical or subject-matter content to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of didactic concepts in adult education and online continuing education.
- High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture.
- Hands-on mentality, teamwork, resilience, and flexibility.
- Very good German and English language skills at minimum C1 level.
- Answer learners’ questions in writing and verbally.
- Teach and reinforce training content in live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individualized learning support.
- Support learners through uncertainties in the learning process and through exercises and projects.
- Conduct and assess final examinations and decide whether training has been successfully completed.
- Create, prepare, and further develop learning materials covering Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, and common frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and OKR.
- Perform quality assurance for existing training programs and provide feedback to the Learning team.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions and support new team members.
- Contribute to the further development of training programs in collaboration with the Coaching Team Lead, Learning team, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel.
