Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a relevant field is required; an equivalent combination of experience and certifications is accepted.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including several years managing or coordinating complex, large-scale files or projects.
  • Substantial experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience planning and tracking schedules, and managing budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid, or traditional approaches.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, administration, and licensing.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, and collaboration tools including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and how they integrate through identities, Active Directory synchronization, shared mailboxes, and groups.
  • Understanding of email address management, including primary addresses and aliases, email addresses versus UPNs, naming conventions and duplicate names, dual-addressing periods, and impacts on applications and vendors.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple institutions at once across technical teams, communications, and local managers, including change management and reporting.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to managers and nontechnical teams.
  • Excellent spoken and written French.
Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned files and projects by coordinating teams, resources, and stakeholders in line with timelines, budgets, and strategic direction.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into directions, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Plan and track activities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Mobilize multidisciplinary internal and external teams and partners.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Produce project documentation, dashboards, indicators, and progress reports.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and decision-making bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulations, and good practices.
  • Support solution adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in project management.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in the healthcare or public sector.
  • Mobilizing leadership, rigor, and results orientation.
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and solve complex problems.
