Responsibilities
  • Enter orders.
  • Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointment times.
  • Develop and cultivate new relationships with builders.
  • Interact with new construction builders and strive to accommodate their demands.
  • Check part numbers and descriptions, descriptions of work completed, customer signatures and dates, and whether jobs are completed or require a technician to return to the job site.
  • Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling, and manage work-in-process inventory and returns from job sites to minimize inventory investment.
  • Oversee operational activities, including establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations, realizing profitability on jobs performed, and completing administrative tasks.
