- Build a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and screening for open roles in engineering, hardware, design, product, retail, growth, data/analytics, and occasionally G&A
- Lead collaboration with team leaders to forecast hiring goals and needs
- Build a team and drive scalable recruiting processes and strategies with an eye on candidate experience
- Facilitate job offers and new hire onboarding
- Track candidates through an ATS platform and report on hiring metrics to business leaders
- Experience recruiting candidates for hardware roles is a plus
- points for: experience recruiting from top university programs, recruiting within the gaming industry, and a network for recruiting top talent in the Seattle/PNW area
