Requirements
  • 5+ years Mobile Advertising experience, ideally in Publisher Management in programmatic marketing.
  • Familiarity with SDK waterfall/bidder, monetisation solutions, big data, mobile app ecosystem, and ad-tech.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Track record servicing and growing major publisher accounts.
  • Experience in day-to-day account management.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional data story-telling and presentation skills.
  • Growth-minded to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with partners, management, and peers.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, g-suite preferred.
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.
  • Flexibility to travel, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact to partners, leading and improving revenue opportunities.
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Fully comprehend publisher revenue needs and translate how Moloco’s monetisation solution will drive KPIs and meet their goals.
  • Work with Partners, Business Development, Growth Managers, Data Science, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and troubleshoot technical issues to drive positive outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data, A/B test, and provide actionable and valuable insights.
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language, using it to influence decision making.
  • Create a clear data-driven strategy for each client and work closely with them to execute.
  • Lead multiple partnership meetings and business reviews.
  • Identify and pitch incremental opportunities that are aligned to the partner’s revenue objectives and scale accordingly.
  • Help build and iterate on new products and partner solutions, working with internal Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
  • Understand the mobile and monetisation ecosystem, stay current on industry trends, and most importantly, offer actionable insights to clients.
