About the job
- One to two years of experience in the automotive field is preferred.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, is required.
- Computer literacy, including working with Microsoft Word and Excel, is required.
- Experience working with office equipment such as a copier, mail machine, and adding machine is required.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check is required.
- Process all retail deals.
- Process warranty, gap, and aftermarket products.
- Prepare daily deal reports for department heads.
- Handle customer trade payoffs and titles.
- Perform other accounting functions as required.
- One to two years of experience in the automotive field.
