- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience managing technical program management teams
- 7+ years of experience program managing technical implementations
- Passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better
- Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder management with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
- Track record of successfully launching software products by driving complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems
- Clear and compelling written and verbal communication
- Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus
- Work closely with leads and partners in Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, Operations, and Analytics to map out strategies and roadmaps
- Develop OKRs, priorities, and operational models and work alongside the team to reach them
- Establish and execute robust prioritization of programs across the Product and Engineering plans
- Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture within the team
- Take on complex, multi-year, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical projects
- Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
- Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives
- Proactively identify and drive resolution of dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and program stakeholders
