About the job

Requirements
  • Have 10 or more years of experience in People or Talent, including significant experience at high-growth startups or scaleups that have visibly scaled.
  • Have a proven track record of scaling hiring quickly and personally building or running talent acquisition through rapid, high-quality growth.
  • Have experience operating across the US and India, or a comparable multi-time-zone, cross-geography organization, with an understanding of how distributed teams succeed or break.
  • Be comfortable setting strategy and doing hands-on work in a Series B-stage company with no large team to delegate to yet.
  • Have strong organizational design instincts, with evidence of keeping structure coherent through fast growth.
  • Have judgment, communication, and writing skills, and credibility to partner with founders as a peer.
Responsibilities
  • Own talent acquisition end to end across engineering, research, and go-to-market, including strategy, sourcing, pipeline, process, and the hiring bar; scale hiring quickly without sacrificing quality; and manage the recruiters, agencies, and tooling that support hiring.
  • Own organizational design, leveling, and workforce planning; keep roles, reporting lines, and structure clear and consistent across US and India teams.
  • Build operating rhythms for a distributed US and India team, including hours overlap, communication norms, and managerial structures that work across time zones.
  • Define and protect company culture through values, onboarding, engagement, feedback, and retention as headcount grows.
  • Establish compensation and leveling frameworks, performance management, HR operations, and compliance across India and the US, supported by appropriate HRIS and systems.
  • Advise founders and coach managers on hiring, leadership, feedback, and people development.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a Tier 1 university.
  • Experience in AI, deep tech, healthcare, health tech, or hiring highly technical engineering and research talent.
  • Experience building talent acquisition and employer brand from near zero.
  • Being based in, or open to being based in, Bengaluru.

About the company

Triomics uses generative AI to turn unstructured health-record data in oncology into actionable insights. Its OncoLLM analyzes doctor notes, PDFs, and lab results to extract relevant clinical information, with Prism automating patient-to-clinical-trial matching and Harmony curating EHR data for quality reporting and cohort analysis. By integrating with existing EHR systems, it speeds up tasks that used to require hours of manual review and can match patients to trials in minutes with high accuracy. The goal is to reduce manual data review in cancer research and care, accelerate trial enrollment, and support precision oncology for cancer centers, academic medical centers, and health systems.

What believers are saying

  • Triomics raised $22 million in May 2026, bringing total funding above $36 million.
  • May 2026 reports say customers grew fourfold and annualized recurring revenue rose tenfold.
  • January 2026 Mount Sinai and October 2025 MSK deployments prove enterprise adoption momentum.

What critics are saying

  • Epic and Flatiron can bundle oncology workflow features and squeeze Triomics by 2027.
  • Model errors in trial matching trigger missed enrollments, compliance failures, and clinician distrust immediately.
  • If Battery's $22 million Series B fails to convert into durable ARR, Triomics stalls.

What makes Triomics unique

  • Triomics sells oncology-specific AI, not generic chart summarization, with source-backed outputs.
  • Its platform embeds trial matching, pre-charting, and registry abstraction inside clinician workflows.
  • MSK, MD Anderson, Yale, and Mount Sinai validate its oncology-specialized workflow moat.
