Requirements
  • Certified Maintenance Engineer with substantial hands-on experience in an FMCG environment
  • Completion of an engineering apprenticeship
  • At least an HNC qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Proficient in repairing and maintaining complex manufacturing machinery
  • Experience in fault-finding within a production setting
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
  • Champion Kaizen initiatives
  • Conduct structured root cause analysis to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Focus on preventative maintenance to improve efficiencies
  • Hands-on involvement in mechanical and electrical engineering tasks

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
