Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in progressively responsible HRBP / Generalist roles
  • 5+ years of experience working in Manufacturing, contact center, or similar environments, including direct support of senior executives in addition to line managers
  • Workforce planning expertise
  • Experience launching global operations and supporting international talent
  • Demonstrated success leveraging data to identify and drive People strategies
  • Track record of tailoring enterprise level programming to your client group AND creating function-specific initiatives from scratch upon identifying a need
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Deep knowledge in labor and employment law
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of HR disciplines including employee relations, investigations, management & leadership development, performance management, organizational design and compensation philosophies
  • Ability to understand the business and serve as a thought partner to senior executives
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

  • Reporting to the Director, People Operations, the Lead People Business Partner will own end-to-end Business Partner leadership for Spring Health's Operations function. With support from a People Business Partner, you'll be the “one-stop shop” for People needs, working closely with every level of the organization to deliver initiatives that unlock engagement and performance
