  • 2+ years of customer success management or advertising operations experience.
  • Experience with measurement or brand safety platforms.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, French and/or German preferred.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Comfort with Excel and data-driven initiatives.
  • Consultative and empathetic with customers.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in the MENA region with product implementation and integration.
  • Be the primary point of contact for partners, building and expanding relationships.
  • Ensure client retention by updating account plans and understanding customer needs.
  • Provide strategic advice to meet clients' advertising KPIs.
  • Support customers through technical and strategic challenges.
  • Analyze client data to drive performance and reduce costs.
  • Identify common customer challenges and partner with internal teams.
  • Understand Zefr products to deliver additional value.
  • Work closely with Zefr's product team to relay customer feedback.
