Build a Dazzling Customer Experience Through Account Intimacy to Accelerate Adoption
Craft an account specific, all-inclusive engagement & communications strategy that proactively improves customer experience
Dazzle customers! Be their trusted advisor for onboarding, license keys & support ticket management
Conduct 30+ outbound calls a day to prospect & customer accounts to; identify, qualify & progress Opportunities and Meetings
Use ABM tactics to identify new contacts & craft a personalized campaign to build pipeline with a high conversion rate
Manage, Close & Forecast Small Deals
Progress stale deals
Run & close small deals full cycle
Act as another set of hands on larger deals if needed

What You Will Be Doing

Build a Dazzling Customer Experience Through Account Intimacy to Accelerate Adoption

Manage, Close & Forecast Small Deals

Must-have Qualifications

Note:

OTE Pay Range

For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

On Target Earnings: $51.92 - 71.39 per hour

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), New York (excludes NYC Metro Area), and all other states.

On Target Earnings: $46.54 - 63.99 per hour

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
