About the company

Dedale Intelligence conducts fundamental business value research on software and technology companies to identify long-term opportunities for its Software Club members. It assembles a global team and uses private-equity–style investment research on large publicly listed software and tech firms (generally above $1B market cap), while also evaluating pre-IPO and private opportunities. Its process assesses fundamentals, market position, and potential returns to surface actionable investment ideas for members. The goal is to deliver solid, forward-looking returns by focusing on high-quality software and technology investments worldwide.

What critics are saying

  • Heavy reliance on 10,000 external experts exposes Dedale to leakage, quality failures, and conflicts.
  • Aggressive 2026 hiring across Paris, Cebu, and Davao increases execution risk before revenue catches up.

  • It sells strategic intelligence to investors and corporates, not generic market-research subscriptions.
