Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for outpatient and inpatient Quality products and capabilities.
  • Align product strategies with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Own the Quality product portfolio for Solventum and industry quality methodologies, including AHRQ, Elixhauser, HCCs, and CMS Star.
  • Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation and optimization.
  • Ensure product roadmaps support evolving business requirements for the quality portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into product planning and execution.
  • Define and manage product epics, features, and user stories.
  • Ensure Agile teams maintain a clear understanding of business priorities and expected outcomes.
  • Define quality outcome metrics, key performance indicators, and performance dashboards.
  • Use data analytics to identify return-on-investment outcome trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
