- Strong experience in systems strategy development, roadmapping, implementation, and architecture design
- Experience managing budgets, optimizing vendor costs, and negotiating contracts
- Ability to conduct comprehensive system evaluations and RFP processes
- Experience working alongside Product, Compliance, and Legal teams to design tools and processes
- Soft skills: Change management, process improvement, stakeholder management, product operations & enablement, written and spoken communication
- Hard skills: data analysis & visualization, report building, SQL, no-code tools (Aapier, Airtable, Retool, etc.), comfortability navigating system APIs; Business intelligence platforms and Robotic Process Automation a plus
- Systems: Salesforce, Sales Engagement platforms (MixMax, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.), Prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha, etc.)
- Experience working in a hyper growth startup or scale-up a plus
- Build and execute the strategy for Customer Operations systems, central systems, and internal tools
- Own the Customer Operations vendor tool stack end to end, running procurement, budgeting, cost management, and system administration activities
- Serve as Customer Operations Stakeholder and Product Owner for Tegus shared systems
- Manage and own relationships with cross-functional groups, serving as an advocate for Customer Operations users
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize internal tool development, gather requirements, and enable new product features to gain employee and/or client adoption
- Serve as advocate for Customer Operations teams during product roadmapping and funding discussions
- Develop internal tools and processes to improve efficiency, grow top-line, and maintain compliance as department scales
