  • 8+ years of experience in managing security risk and driving mitigation activities
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Hands on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Powershell
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the proactive identification, assignment, and remediation accountability of vulnerabilities and misconfigurations on CG technology systems
  • Ensure the consistent assessment of vulnerability risk through application of industry intelligence and knowledge of CG’s technology environment
  • Provide vulnerability and/or misconfiguration remediation guidance, risk-awareness, and education to engineering and development teams
  • Regularly report KRIs, identify root causes and drive solutions for improving vulnerability remediation performance with technology leadership
  • Ensure past due vulnerabilities are escalated to leadership and exception processes are executed in alignment with risk acceptance frameworks and policies
  • Mature team processes, tooling and relevant documentation in support of continuous improvement measured through OKRs, KPIs and KRIs
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory expectations and proactively identify needed process changes
  • Provide recommendations that continuously improve risk severity calculations and remediation assignments
  • Establish and maintain KPIs that measure the performance and coverage of vulnerability scanner appliances, schedules, and scopes to ensure accurate, timely and complete scan results
