Responsibilities

  • Translate company vision and mission into action by breaking down AVP and AMD directives into weekly and monthly regional goals for APE, active advisor count, and new recruits, and cascade those goals to Managers through monthly business-planning meetings.
  • Organize and chair quarterly Territory Business Review meetings with seven Managers, present each Manager’s actual performance against targets for APE, Activation, EHC, and Dropout, and use Smart Agency dashboards to identify weak zones and deploy corrective plans.
  • Assign Champion Hubb and AVP campaigns to specific Managers with timelines and KPIs, monitor local campaign execution, and ensure client experience and branding activities are embedded in team meetings.

  • Build relationships and set appointments to attract manager candidates, and identify and recruit new Managers through direct referrals, recruitment sessions, and collaboration with existing team members.
  • Hold monthly one-on-one capability review sessions with each Manager, identify low-performing Managers, and design 90-day improvement plans such as recruitment turnaround or team rebuilding.
  • Lead induction sessions for newly promoted Managers covering structure, KPIs, and onboarding checklists, and assign senior Manager buddies to mentor new leaders during their first two months.
  • Chair monthly Best Practice Exchange or Sales Playbook Clinics with all Managers and invite top ALs to share practices in coaching, recruitment interviews, or closing techniques.
  • Conduct two field visits per month to review team meetings and observe agent coaching sessions, and audit AL team structure, including activation, onboarding hygiene, lead utilization, and tool adoption.
  • Ensure recruitment plans yield three new ALs per Manager per month and review the weekly recruitment funnel; monitor the onboarding ratio target of 30 active agents per Manager and highlight red-flag zones.
  • Support Managers in resolving agent disputes, code terminations, and compliance issues, and liaise with AVP, AMD, DS, ICD, or HR on cross-functional blockers or structural decisions.
  • Integrate AVP themes of freedom, ethics, and professionalism into team communications and reinforce messaging through storytelling, agent spotlight videos, and success case sharing.
  • Run quarterly Recognition Days for top advisors and ALs based on APE or Recruitment, and launch seasonal office contests such as Freedom Growth Sprint or Recruit Like a Leader.
  • Post weekly updates or shoutouts on internal groups such as Zalo, Workplace, and email, and be present at onboarding, events, and field visits to lead by example and build trust.
