About the job
- Hold an undergraduate bachelor's degree in administration, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Have completed at least two system-piloting assignments in the past three years, each lasting at least 100 person-days.
- Have at least three months of experience with no-code project management tools such as Jira, C2 Atom, or equivalent tools.
- Have at least three months of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban within the past three years.
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written professional French.
- Demonstrate rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy in conducting assignments.
- Monitor and operate mission-critical and administrative systems for the ministry.
- Coordinate project activities using no-code management tools such as Jira, C2 Atom, or equivalent tools.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and processes, including Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban.
- Contribute to system-piloting deliverables, including dashboards, progress reports, and decision logs.
- Collaborate with the ministry's internal teams and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Support knowledge transfer to the client organization's internal resources.
