Responsibilities
  • Invest in learning about Gravie’s products and services
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and key milestones
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor, track, and report on project deliverables and milestones
  • Communicate and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement contingency plans to address unexpected issues
  • Ensure proper documentation and archive all project-related materials
  • Maintain open communication with resource managers
  • Create training materials and process guides when needed
  • Work with other departments to ensure technology and software supports established processes
  • Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Identify process and/or capabilities gaps and collaborate to find solutions
  • Demonstrate commitment to core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, and outcome-oriented
