Employment Tax Analyst

We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers. - Support to ensure that all of the employment tax compliance obligations are met, including in-house preparation and submission of returns and working in partnership with external advisors; - Process employment tax payments within relevant statutory deadlines; - Support in coordination with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate employment tax filings; - Support business units with ad hoc employment tax queries by providing practical solutions relating to benefits in kind and other employment tax related risks; - Assist with mapping of employment tax processes and identify areas for improvement; - Perform tax research and propose recommendations based on findings; - Provide internal and external audit support, including data analysis; - Leverage AI automation to improve efficiency and accuracy. Minimum Qualification(s) - Fast learner with strong critical thinking skills; - Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex tax laws and regulations; - Ability to research technical queries by analyzing and interpreting tax legislation. Preferred Qualification(s) - Previous employment tax experience, either in-house or within a professional services firm, with employment tax-specific experience and exposure across APAC countries; - Project Management experience; - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and explain complex tax concepts in a clear and practical way to non-tax stakeholders.
