Requirements
  • Possess an active or reinstatable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Seven years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Work well independently as well as on a team.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in database administrator development, Java, SQL, query creation, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch aggregations.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems for a large government contract.
  • Become a member of a software development effort using Java as the primary language.
  • Use Agile methods to assign, track, and manage software activities and requirements within the team.
  • Broaden Java skills and use technologies such as Quarkus and PrimeFaces.
