Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in AI governance, data governance, technology risk, responsible artificial intelligence, model risk, compliance, or related governance disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience working across artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience assessing artificial intelligence, data, or technology initiatives for governance, risk, value, and implementation readiness.
  • Strong understanding of responsible artificial intelligence principles, artificial intelligence governance frameworks, data governance, and emerging regulatory expectations.
  • Experience working across business, technology, data, security, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply governance pragmatically while balancing innovation, delivery speed, and risk management.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate governance concepts in practical business language.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, control models, policies, decision pathways, and operating model documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to establish practical artificial intelligence governance frameworks, operating models, and decision-making processes.
  • Assess artificial intelligence use cases to identify governance, privacy, security, ethical, and regulatory considerations.
  • Develop responsible artificial intelligence principles, governance guardrails, and risk assessment approaches that support business outcomes.
  • Work with solution architects and artificial intelligence specialists to embed governance into artificial intelligence solution design and delivery.
  • Provide guidance on artificial intelligence risk, model governance, data governance, and compliance considerations.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to build understanding of responsible artificial intelligence practices.
  • Develop governance artefacts including governance frameworks, decision pathways, risk assessments, and operating model documentation.
  • Help organisations balance innovation with appropriate governance and controls.
  • Support the development of scalable artificial intelligence governance capabilities that can mature over time.
  • Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and the continued growth of the AI and Governance practice.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to data architecture, privacy, cybersecurity, or artificial intelligence lifecycle management.
  • Experience working within financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Previous client-facing consulting experience.
