Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Account managers and Account Managers with tasks at all stages of the campaign lifecycle (pre-launch, live, and post-campaign).
  • Anticipate team needs and assist in meeting client deliverables in a timely and organized manner.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on campaigns, ensuring campaigns align with client agreements and expectations.
  • Implement and track campaign setup and changes using Salesforce and project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Actively collaborate with internal departments (Ad Operations, Data Analytics, Sales), demonstrating a curiosity to understand internal workflows and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Diligently assist in pulling campaign data and performance reports to support the Account Management team.
  • Show a desire to learn by aiding in the preparation of post-campaign presentations, seeking to understand how performance is analyzed and recommendations are formed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Degrees in Marketing, Communications, or related field are a plus.
  • Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Programmatic advertising concepts (DSPs, CPM, CPA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Digital advertising tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS).
  • Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Health/Pharma industry-specific tools (IQVIA, Crossix, Symphony).
