Requirements
  • BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, program management, or related field
  • Experience in inventory planning or forecasting strongly recommended
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and organization
Responsibilities
  • Implement, lead, and maintain master data management initiatives, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Work independently to identify, analyze, and solve problems, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Manage large data sets and utilize data-driven insights to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to critical items, working closely with Supply Chain leadership to establish contingency plans and solve problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overarching supply chain goals; frequently taking an informal leadership position to build consensus and align individual needs with a team goal
  • Contribute to continuous improvement ideation and execution, leading the adoption of new processes and/or systems
  • Regular communication with senior management on progress, risks, and change management

  • Experience with Avercast software
  • PowerBI and/or Microstrategy experience
