POSITION OVERVIEW

A rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, Alarm.com is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to join its supply chain team.  As a fast, growing company, Alarm.com is looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to support in the management of current master data, proactively address day-to-day challenges in supply chain activities, and contribute to the development of sustainable processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing routine operational tasks, while contributing to the strategic vision of the Supply Chain team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supply Chain Program Manager primary job responsibilities will include:

• Implement, lead, and maintain master data management initiatives, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Work independently to identify, analyze, and solve problems, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Demonstrate a "go-getter" attitude, taking on tasks and challenges as directed by Supply Chain leadership.
• Adapt to changing priorities and flexibly handle tasks as needed to support the team and leadership.
• Manage large data sets and utilize data-driven insights to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to critical items, working closely with Supply Chain leadership to establish contingency plans and solve problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overarching supply chain goals; frequently taking an informal leadership position to build consensus and align individual needs with a team goal.
• Contribute to continuous improvement ideation and execution, leading the adoption of new processes and/or systems.
• Learn various roles within the department, facilitating the flexibility to "flow to work" as needed by department.
• This position involves regular communication with senior management on progress, risks, and change management.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, program management, or related field.
• Experience in inventory planning or forecasting strongly recommended.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and tasks.
• Team player attitude is a must; proven experience in the ability to build consensus and influence others.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and organization.
• Experience with Avercast software a plus.
• PowerBI and/or Microstrategy a plus.
