Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in an engineering management role leading multiple teams.
  • Proven leadership in guiding full-stack development teams for large-scale distributed architectures, preferably utilizing Java, Angular, and AWS technologies.
  • Background as a software engineer, with a track record of architecting and developing consumer facing SaaS products and/or PaaS.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in building and growing high-performing teams.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to independently drive and implement new concepts and ideas.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.

  • Lead teams of Software Engineers across multiple domains developing foundational and shared services.

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to influence and deliver results in alignment with business objectives and strategy.
  • Establish efficient development and operational processes, implement effective product metrics, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvements.
  • Ensure products and releases are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship, actively invest in the growth of individuals, and propel the team towards continued excellence.
